I have learned what really is important this year during COVID. Material items like clothes, gadgets and stuff does not have the same attraction over me that it had in the past. What is important to me is my health as well as my family and friends. I see the world through different lenses. I write about that in chapter 7 of my book Transformation Through Hypnosis:Relax, Clear Your Mind And Step Into Your Power. This year my lenses changed yet again. I see the world differently and I feel many other people do as well. I look at the earth and appreciate it for what it gives me. It gives me calm when I hike, food to eat and shows me that there is beauty all around me. I am more appreciative of what I have and I am truly blessed. Feeling gratitude helps you focus on what you have vs a lack of mentality.
So as I approach the holiday season of giving I think what can I give to others? This year I focus on making meaningful gifts for others. It can be food, an aromatherapy blend, or a relaxation recording. When I create a gift I put an intention in my mind as I create it so the gift feels even more powerful.
I have so much appreciation for our health care workers and for all they do and I want to give back to them. I can do something to try to help make their day a little easier. All of us can do that. Maybe it is as simple as a thank you, or to make a meal or snack for them. I want to do something to help them relax and unwind. I created a hypnosis and sound relaxation recording. It is made with the intention of love, healing, calm, restoration and support to help them get through this time. The recording guides you to the beach to release and let go of the day, creates calm and restoration with Tibetan bowls, chimes and voice. Do not listen to the recording while driving. If you know a health care worker or anyone on the front line that can benefit from the recording please share it. It will help anyone who needs relaxation and wants to find peace within. The recording is below and I hope it brings you love, calm and peace. To all please be safe and well this holiday.
